A cashier at a convenience store shot dead.
A man in a black suit you shall never meet.
A mysterious pond in the middle of it all.

Find your way back from this quiet and eerie neighborhood that harbors secrets.

Detour is a short game inspired by Twin Peaks and Fargo. It is set in a small but atmospheric world featuring locations with items that reveal the story little by little. The gameplay is exploration, observation and dialog based, it is not combat oriented.

Adored your game! Starts off with a bang, a strange mystery and then it ends in ways I never would have expected lol.

Great twist and wWell done! Looking forward to whatever you create next :)

Great game, enjoyed it!

I remembered how much I loved Deep Door but I was not ready for this. I went in slightly cranky from a previous game experience, was utterly confused and left as a 5-star cheerleader of this game. No notes. It’s perfection.

Oh yes I remember you playing Deepdoor! I’m so glad you liked this game. Amazing playthrough and commentary!

Had me in the first half, not gonna lie... 10/10 well done.

Hahaha glad you didn’t see the plot twist coming. I was thinking I am giving too much away while making it.

For what this was, it was not too shabby at all! Definitelt exceeded my expectations especially how the game started. Made me think of a entirely different premise lol. Overall, quite decent. Made a video on it.

neat, but there was a little bit of a Wile E. Coyote moment when going down the stairs to the dock (floating in air until you stopped moving)

Some third party FPS controller code I’ve not even looked into. I’ll try and fix it, thank for playing!
